- Carriers must accurately represent their capacity and availability.
- Payments are processed through our platform. Shippers agree to pay the agreed-upon freight charges, and carriers agree to accept payment through Marr Logistics, LLC.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific terms agreed upon between shippers and carriers.
- Refund policies are outlined in our refund policy document, available on our website.
- Compliance with Laws:
- Users agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the transportation of goods.
- Liability:
- Marr Logistics, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in the transportation of goods. Users are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their shipments.
- Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials on our platform are the property of Marr Logistics, LLC, and may not be used without permission.
